As the only administrator in Sure Start Birkenhead Central Phil deals with all incoming calls as well as invoices and Birkenhead Central's database. | Helen joined Sure Start Birkenhead Central's team in December 2003. She has a background in drug and alcohol misuse and worked for many years within the Birkenhead Central area.
